The three levels

A Workspace is a saved dashboard with its own name, icon, colour, and market focus. Keep one per strategy or per session.

A Section is a named area inside a workspace holding a group of widgets. Use sections to separate concerns, for example one for forex and another for crypto.

A Widget is a single tool: the Chart, Live Forecasts, the Catalogue, and so on.

A Provider / Team tier is also available, with limits agreed with the Radar 61 team.

Reaching a limit blocks the action rather than warning you in advance. On Watch, creating a second workspace is refused until you delete the first.

Working with widgets

Every tool is a widget. Add, remove, resize, and drag them.

Drop one widget onto another and they become tabs in a single panel. This is the quickest way to fit more into a workspace without shrinking everything.

Pop out opens a widget in its own floating window, which suits a second monitor. The number of pop-outs you can have open at once depends on your plan.

Widgets auto-arrange when a workspace is first set up, but not when you add one later. Expect to place new widgets yourself.

Apps

Apps are ready made environments with fixed layouts, built for a particular workflow. Technical Analysis is the one currently available.

An App cannot be rearranged. Use one to get working immediately; build a Workspace when you want control over the layout.

Persistence

Workspaces save to your account, keep working offline with a sync queue, and stay consistent across every open tab.

The app is installable to your desktop and available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, and German.

Important notes

Radar 61 is desktop only. A mobile app is planned but not available.

Closing a widget can lose data. Trader Notes in particular stores its saved notes inside the widget, so closing it deletes them. Minimise rather than close if you want to keep the contents.
